Ground Truth is a boutique AI consultancy founded by Tharwat Abdul‑Malik, a technology executive with more than two decades architecting enterprise‑scale systems — including 12 years at Sharecare in Atlanta, most recently as VP of Technology and Chief Architect, where he led AI and automation strategy, chaired the Architecture Review Board, and drove HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance across a healthcare platform serving millions of users.
Today, Tharwat builds hands‑on — using agentic AI development workflows and orchestration tooling to ship production systems solo, including a full B2B SaaS platform (mobile apps, web dashboard, API, and dual RAG‑powered chatbots) delivered end‑to‑end as a technical founder. Ground Truth is model‑agnostic by design: engagements draw on whichever model fits the job best — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Meta, DeepSeek, xAI, or Mistral — rather than being locked to a single vendor.
